Mmmm so yummy! I didn’t add the maple syrup, but it turned out sweet enough because of the ripe bananas! Wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free! So guilt-free :)) [recipe]

Mmm this turned out delicious! The crust surprisingly had a bread-like texture. I’ll definitely make this again, but instead of baking it on a parchment paper, I’ll bake it directly on the pan sprayed with olive oil. [crust recipe]

Sorry for the lack of posts… I was so busy from dead week and finals week.. but I finally graduated! My eating choices have been terrible and my body is not happy about it.. I can’t wait to go back to my normal healthy eating habits! and horrah to a stress-free summer! :D

Bought myself a new yummy lip balm: EOS summer fruit! It smells sweet like candy but it’s quite subtle so it’s just the right amount of sweetness :))
Lunch at Jimmy John’s! I got the Vegetarian “Unwich” (aka lettuce wrap) without the mayo. It was a sad, empty sandwich.. I recommend getting one of the meat sandwiches. The Vegetarian promised some guacamole spread but I couldn’t even taste any! I’m left feeling healthy but my stomach is unsatisfied…
